MacGregor Downs Homeowners Association fiscal year runs from September 1 through August 31. Annual dues should be paid on September 1st and are $100.00 a year.
Your dues fund the utilities, irrigation, plantings, and maintenance of the landscaping at all Kildaire Farm Road entrances and throughout the neighborhood. They also fund expenses incurred for architectural and landscaping reviews, entrance improvements, addressing grievances, and the printing & distribution of the annual invoice, annual meeting notice and website maintenance. Your volunteer board works hard and strives to maintain MacGregor’s prestigious reputation while keeping dues at a minimum. Please support your neighborhood and remit your payment by September 30th.
