2024 ANNUAL MEETING!

We are again celebrating another year of HOA accomplishments while looking ahead to the future. Via this letter are inviting you to the annual MD Homeowners Association meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 11th at MacGregor Downs Country Club. Social begins at 5:30pm followed by our business meeting starting at 6:30pm.

Our very reasonable annual dues of $110 are due at this time and a mailing was sent to each homeowner. Those interested in paying online can do so through the RS Fincher portal. For more information on how to set up auto payment contact Tammy Wooten at (919) 362-1460.
